Cement Distribution Consultants, on occasion, provides project and interim management. On these occasions the consultants relocate to the project and stay till the project is completed or the problems(s) solved. Such project or interim management can range in time between several months to several years and range in scope from resolving technical, logistical and organisational problems to the set up and management of complete logistical chains from export plants to shipping, to import facilities and onward transportation to end users. The largest project has been set-up of a cement and fly ash supply and logistical chain from Florida to a large construction project in Panama. Smaller projects include setting up a fly ash supply from India to the Middle East, starting up cement import terminals and resolving problems at a grinding facility.
